Improve Your Relationship Effectiveness At Work, Home and with Friends

Understanding Personalities to Improve Relationships At Work, Home, and with Friends

Discover how understanding your personality style can improve relationships, marriage, work or business performance, team functionality, and boost your ability to influence and be a leader!

  • Are you focused on the end result, and can’t stand the details?
  • Do you work best with a structured schedule, or taking the day as it comes?
  • Do you get the gist of things, or remember specific details?
  • Are you a cluttered “piler”, or a neat “filer”?
  • Do you have trouble completing tasks, but love starting new projects?

In this fascinating and dynamic interactive session, accredited Life Coach Carolyn Cutforth (www.livingsuccess.com.au) and her husband Peter will introduce you to a little-known powerful personality and “learning styles” profile. Carolyn was trained in this material in the United States, and you’re guaranteed to gain more insight into yourself, your spouse, family and workmates, in less than two hours, than you have so far all year!

This session was being run for the Bridgeman Biz group, but seeing as the Girls Church is having a full session with Carolyn later in October, we thought it would be good to open this event to everyone, especially the men and young people in the church and also put a little emphasis on application to the workplace and business. But this is NOT just for business people – it will be absolutely useful to everyone!

Using our survey questions, you’ll be guided through a short process to discover your dominant learning style and personality orientation. You’ll learn what your workplace performance strengths are and how to best interact with a team, and with others who are not like you. You’ll discover how to quickly assess the dominant style of other people, including prospects and customers you might be selling to, or negotiating with! Once armed with this knowledge, you’ll be better able to build rapport and achieve the results you want.

As well, this instrument is an awesome tool for all couples – we believe it should be mandatory teaching for marriage preparation and counseling!

The more people come to this event, the more fun it will be, as we can workshop the principles, and show you some very powerful demonstrations. Please register now, so we have attendee numbers for preparation of materials.

Thursday 9th October 7.20pm for 7.30pm start
